La Casa Carlotta is available to rent between April and October.
The pool is open from the end of May through September.
Bookings run Saturday to Saturday. Outside peak season, we may be able to accommodate different arrival and departure days — get in touch to discuss.
A refundable security deposit of £600 is required at the time of booking, returned following checks after departure.

The pool has no fencing — parents and carers are responsible for supervising children around the pool area at all times. (10x4 meters and constant depth of 1.40 meters). The pool is maintained and chlorine checked daily.

Yes. Ryanair operates direct flights from London Stansted to Ancona Airport. Alternatively, you can fly into Bologna from several UK airports, which is around a 2½-hour drive from the house.
